Is your partner helping or hindering your business success?
Tell us what you think. We have heard stories about women who have only reached success after ditching their life partner. But we want to know what you think? Do they really have a significant impact on our chances at business success? If they do, we should know this and make sure we take the necessary steps to ensure our life partner is giving us what we need to achieve success.
Complete the quick mini-survey and rank what you think has most influence on a woman's business success.
Please tell others to complete the survey (send them the survey link to make it easy for them). Because to get this out in the media our results need to be statistically valid which means a large number of responses.

Who are we?
NewNorma.com is the project of two passionate entrepreneurs (Valerie McDougall and Jayne Jennings) who struggled with the pressures of life:work balance over the years. They recognised a real gap in the Australian business environment in the support offered to entrepreneurs, particularly women, in business development that allows for life:work balance. Is it even possible to start a successful business and have a life?
As believers in the principle of ‘If you see a problem, you’re elected to fix it’, they decided to see how they could help other women.
So they launched NewNorma and are now seeking support from other women to complete the survey, share insights, and see what other women business owners feel about life:work balance and how they have tackled the conflicting forces of growing a business and having a life.
Jayne Jennings has run her own business and has worked in senior positions in business and government both in Australia and overseas. She is a successful project manager and strategic thinker and has delivered a broad range of projects including major events, award winning strategic policy documents and marketing campaigns, training materials and business development tools.
Jayne holds post graduate diplomas in Business Administration, and Resource Management and a Bachelor of Planning.
With the birth of her daughter, Jayne entered into a job share management position to allow some life:work balance. Juggling multiple roles including managing acreage property and supporting her husband’s business has meant that achieving life:work balance is
