Who Are We?

NewNorma.com is the project of two passionate entrepreneurs who struggled with the pressures of life:work balance over the years.  They recognised a real gap in the Australian business environment in the support offered to entrepreneurs, particularly women, in business development that allows for life: balance.  Is it even possible to start a successful business and have a life?

As believers in the principle of ‘If you see a problem, you’re elected to fix it’, they decided to see how they could help other women.

So they launched NewNorma and are now seeking support from other women to complete the survey, share insights, and see what other women business owners feel about life:work balance and how they have tackled the conflicting forces of growing a business and having a life.
